REQUEST:

Using a web browser, IT staff can easily access ChangeGear and submit a change request (RFC).

	Request For Change (RFC) form is intuitive and simple; time to enter request is kept to a minimum allowing employees to focus on more productive activities.
	Requestor information is automatically populated in the Request for Change (RFC) form.
	Once the RFC form is saved, ChangeGear™ automatically notifies the appropriate manager/supervisor for approval.
